The radio frequency facial home machine is something I've own since January. I was using it on a consistent basis until I had the opportunity to purchase 5 Red Light Therapy sessions on Groupon. I purchased the sessions for just for the experience, and it was for every other day until my 5th session. Since then (end of March), I have not been consistent with my frequency machine.
Anywho! I purchased the machine from Amazon ( https://amzn.to/3dWzVxc ). It arrived 3 days after. The brown box was nicely packaged and items were protected in plastic. The box included:
Machine w/ appropriate wires (USA plug)
2 probes (1 small, 1 big)
1 handpiece
It did not come with any instructional manual, but it was okay with me because I had a sense of how it worked. Prior to buying this machine, I had already watched a video on how it is used from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fx7qauOGw54 . I recommend watching the video to see the machine in action. I had separately purchased conductor gel also from Amazon ( https://amzn.to/2xRu8YT ) to avoid my face from burning.
The product has a red main power switch on the back. Once turned on, you will hear a sound (not that loud) of the machine operating. There is also a purple light that would appear. There are levels of intensity. I would recommend starting at 1 until you get comfortable with the product on your face and then gradually increase as you continue your session. I was confused at first whether it was working or not because I was not feeling anything.. UNTIL I stopped circulating my face with the handpiece then I felt a zap (light burn). Which is why you must continue moving the handpiece around once it is in contact with your face. The red light on the intensity levels with flash on and off which indicates it is turned on at that level. For example, if you are on level 3, the red flash will move to level 1, then level, 2, level 3, then back to level 1 (it will continue so until you turn it off).
Results? There was not any dramatic change to my jawline (as I hoped it would), but my skin did show tightness after 2 sessions. I am a 25 yr old female, and I do have some wrinkles on my forehead when I lift my eyebrows. After using the machine, it did not change. The purpose of me purchasing the product was to see more definition on my jawline while also improving my skin. My skin did improve, but I will continue to use the machine and update you guys if changes towards my jawline starts to show!
